Back in the U.S.A.

Got home last night.  Crossing the border back to the US was a breeze.  As soon as the border officer knew that a race car was in back of the truck, the conversion turn to that.  The truck ran fine for the 1000 miles we covered, and with the exception of my gearbox woes, it was a great trip.
Already have my first project.  Must have had a big storm during our absence.  Some large branches came down on the power line to my shop.

Kurt: great to see your fabulous car at mosport. Nothing better than a f5000. The sound and power are the essance of what makes racing so exciting. Mosport really is made for big power and to have the Lola and Chinook on track was great to see. Hope we see you guys again. Rob McCord

Rob, thank you for the compliment on the car. Yes, it is great track for F5000 cars. Each corner begs you to go faster. It was my first visit to Mosport and for sure won't be my last. Kurt
