The Lola has landed

At last I reached a point where the car needs to be on ground. A little this, a little that, and it's back down to earth.
Talked to Jim today, the engine is on the dyno producing good HP, most likely I'll pick up the engine next Monday. Things are starting to move now.

Hi Kurt

My name is Reto and I am restoring an early T142 in Switzerland. I am looking at your blog quite often, as we are progressing at about the same pace. Mine is a ground-up resto however, I only had a tube frame, a couple of suspension parts - and the original data plate. For the clutch, I opted for a hyraulic throw-out, but hidden so things look period. And the clutch dimensions are critical indeed, I had the same issues.
Just to let you know that there's someone else out there going through similar stages!
Best regards,
Reto
